1. See our price list for basic image pricing, then fill out the service request form. If your vision is not listed on the pricing chart, describe your special requests in the special requests section. You will be contacted back within 48 hours with response to your request and/or pricing.
2. Ship your item to the address listed on the shipping form sent to you after your initial request. Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended. Memories Captured LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping.
3. If you would like your product returned, please indicate so by selecting that option on the shipping form. Shipping fees will be charged for return service.
4. Your photographs will be sent to the email address within two weeks from receipt of product(s).
